Professional, to the point, efficacious.
Listened to my desire to try non invasive treatment first. Then on assessment of results, booked me in quickly and dealt with the situation surgically.
My whole experience was excellent. It was my first time being an inpatient, indeed my first surgery. His team was calm, assured and treated me as a person, not just a job number.
After my extremely poor experience with the Welsh NHS, I was resigned to sloppy, negligence and being brushed off, time after time.
I'm pleased to say that these guys are the polar opposite.
After 5 years of being disregarded, Mr Sundaram had my back. Took 26hrs from entering the hospital to being discharged. Life changing.
