The doctor explained in detail the scans, listened to me when I had questions and then took me through parts of the scan I had questions on. I also had a couple of questions which although not his speciality he was able to give an insight on although as expected he did stress it wasn't his speicality (its just that the scan offered some detail and so I wanted to ask). He was easy to talk to and very clear to understand.
