Mr.Thilagarajah made me feel comfortable from the start of the consultation. I felt that I was treated as the person I am and not just a health problem. My condition was explained to me in terms that I could understand . I was informed that I needed some investigation and the reason for this was made clear. i was reassured that this was routine and there was no need to worry.
Mr. Thilagarajah has real charisma and I left the consultation feeling that I was in the safe hands of a consultant who not only has expertise in his field but cares about his patients as individuals.
