Mr Thilagarajah has always been most courteous in both his appraisal and delivery of results to me. He has delivered bad news in a forthright way but with immense understanding of the patient. When giving the good news he has always made sure the end message is delivered succinctly before elaborating on the intricate details.
I was seen at Baddow Hospital and not Broomfield (cannot seem to change this below).
