Mr Muniraju recently treated the cataracts in both my eyes. He was prepared to listen to my concerns and gave me the required level of re-assurance. He inspired confidence.
The operations themselves, which I had been dreading, were mildly uncomfortable, but nothing more. They were certainly not painful.
Add in the fact that, as an NHS patient, it took less than 2 months to get from the initial appointment stage to the second surgery, and overall I am extremely satisfied.
