I have a longer coccyx than normal and this has caused severe pain for nearly 15 years. I was referred to Mr Shah by the pain clinic after years of trying physio, acupuncture and different pain meds. I had a total of 3 injections with manipulation neither worked and after numerous conversations with Mr Shah he still refuse to operate. I now take a total of 4 different pain killers a day which have numerous side effects. I have worked hard over the past 9 years for my career and unfortunately now have to give it up as I can no longer do the job due to the pain. Mr Shah was not sympathetic to my pain levels and said he didn't belive in the surgery. I was told by another colleague of his I need the surgery and also told by physio that I need the surgery as my coccyx sits at a 90° Angle under my bottom hence the severe pain.
