What a lovely doctor we saw him with my daughter who has severe learning difficulties, he was lovely with her and very understanding and he listened to us and our concerns.
The thing that stands out though is my daughter left her flower hair bobble in his office and we hadn't realised, Vicky received a personal letter a few days later from him enclosing the bobble and saying he had found it and was concerned in case it was her favourite and he wanted her to have it back.
For a very busy doctor to take the time to do that for my daughter speaks volumes of his care and respect for his patients. Thank you Mr Shah your kindness ment so much to us, from Vicky, her parents and her carers.
