Having sustained a Tibial plateau fracture on 14/08/21, I was booked in for surgery with Mr Thakrar at the Trauma unit Lister Hospital NHS and, more recently, the removal of hardware from my knee at One Hatfield Hospital. Both experiences were extremely positive, and from the get-go, I was put at ease by Mr Thakrar and his team; Mr Thakrar was attentive, friendly and professional. It’s rare to find a consultant that combines such personal touches and care for his patient. A first-rate professional experience. Thank you.
