I went to see mr Bhalla today at mri ent Manchester,
He is a very welcoming and most polite consultant who didn’t rush me (even thou his clinic was running 40 mins late) completely listened to my concerns and any questions I had.
He assured me at the time of my operation I would be in very good hands and would give me the best care I could wish for.
He actually gave me a hug and left me feeling very reassured and happy .
