Mr Rahul jayaram is very personable and professional; he takes time to explore the questions and answers that I provide - I feel that I can repeat a question or drill down to ensure understanding on both sides.
His team members and nurses also provide updates and provide general advice so that I feel totally comfortable and could ask or say anything and I would be respected.
