I attended on 2 occasions, seeing Mr Rahul with my 94 year old father who is totally deaf and has dementia. Mr Rahul, and all the other staff in his department were courteous, and treated my father gently and with respect.
The first visit, we did have a long wait to see Mr Rahul and weren't really kept informed about the delay so this would be a point to improve upon.
The second visit was earlier than the appointed time as we were already at the hospital for another appointment, so made up for the delay on the first one.
