Mr Rahul Jayaram was very professional and explained the procedure clearly. During my actual procedure he was calm, thorough and very kind to the point that he played my favourite modern jazz music. My procedure went smoothly and I felt totally safe and cared for. I actually feel very lucky to have had Mr Jayaram as my consultant. May I also mention what a lovely team member he had in Sister Heather who was also so kind and caring and professional. Thank you!
