After a very traumatic eight months being passed from pillar to post after breaking my neck, Mr, Dubey agreed to take on my case. Like a breath of fresh air Mr Dubey showed an acute interest and the urgency on my case and was able to put me on his operational list with admirable alacrity. In my contacts with Mr Dubey I was very impressed by his interest in my case his attention to detail and that he was able to convey this information to me in both a simple and informative manner. His manner was polite and sympathetic. One could say an excellent bedside manner. Shame about the chaos around my consultation due a lot presumably to the Covid situation
