I was referred to Mr Khakha, because a previous knee replacement was giving me pain, it was lose and moving. My leg was bent out and knee very swollen, it had never gone down from first operation. My expectations was that Mr Khakha could straighten my leg. He was very clear on what he would have to do to make my knee right. He did say he could straighten my leg. He was really understanding and caring. my expectations were met, he did straighten my leg, my knee is only slightly swollen and I can deal with that. For the first time in years on holiday this year, I walked for miles and hours, without a stick or any painkillers. Before I could only walk for about half hour or an hour when pushing it, and would have to get taxi back to hotel. I feel so much better in myself, now. Just being able to run for a bus feels good. I couldn’t have done that before. My advice for others would be to continue with exercises as it’s all to easy to give up. I bent my leg to the pain barrier, then pushed a little more each time, you do feel the difference. My goal was to bend my leg up as far as my other leg and I can. It was hard, but I just persevered. Mr Khakha gave me back my quality of life and I can’t thank him enough for that. So again Thank You.
