After many years (40) of increasingly debilitating lower back pain, which was then recently compounded by extreme leg pain, an initial decision was made to alleviate the symptoms with spinal injections.
However, relief was very short-lived and so a joint decision was made for Mr Al-Mahfoudh to perform a Laminectomy in conjunction with a Microdiscectomy at L3/4 towards the end of March 2023.
Such was the skill and expertise of the neurosurgery that relief was immediate, as I expected it would be.
In other words, from day one I had an absolute and well founded confidence in Mr Al-Mahfoudh and his abilities and although he was very careful not to overpromise, he too was clearly pleased with the successful outcome within such a short recovery time span.
A final word of praise for the whole team at Brighton Nuffield and in particular for PA Rochelle, who has been both extremely personable but more importantly has been a super efficient manager of the whole administration process.
