Rafid has been sharing the journey with my back for many years and I have total confidence in him. He listens to my concerns and is always ready to explain exactly what he feels will help with my problems and refers me where necessary to address every issue.
Rochelle, his very efficient secretary, is always quick to respond to my correspondence and make the necessary arrangements.
