I am very pleased to report that my situation has improved since my visits to Mr Al-Mahfoudh and after having the caudal epidural injection. Every morning I religiously follow some of the exercises from your webpage as per instructions. I have also resumed doing pull-ups which I had not done for several years previously. Although uncomfortable at first, I am now increasing the number and I feel that it is helping me. I have not had the chance to try swimming in the sea as yet although I have entered in the water when the sea was calm with little problem. I now drive without the rolled-up towel behind my lower back - this is a joy. I am also sleeping better than I did before. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your attention.
