I am greatly appreciative to Mr Rafid Al-Mahfoudh knowledge and skilled surgery in helping me. To say he has changed my life is an understatement; physically and mentally.
I came to him doubled up in such acute back and right leg pain, unable to sit or walk. After having attended a&e and been given every pill one can imagine and still in pain i didnt know where to turn. However from getting the call from Mr Rafid Al-Mahfoudh's PA Rochelle to life changing surgery it was 10 days. Rochelle helped me all the way through with the administration and appointments. Mr Rafid Al-Mahfoudh gave me all my answers confidentally. The staff, including his nurse Justine, gave me all the support I needed pre, during and post operation.
I have been unfortunate to be in this situation twice, last time 10 years ago. Amazing how medicine has changed. Fingers crossed this will be the last time!
