I was treated with respect and listened to, Mr D'Urso listened to my symptoms and treated me as necessary. I am delighted with my improvements and whilst I'm not completely 'fixed' I'm significantly better.
Mr D'Urso Secretary Clare, has been very helpful when I had questions and was very professional.
Thank you both for my very positive experience.
