I have just finished my course of treatment and been signed off by Mr Turton. Throughout my journey Mr Turton has been very professional, as you would expect, but he has also been kind , thoughtful, patient and made me feel completely at ease.
Mr Turton performed the double mastectomy with reconstruction at St James hospital. He made a really good job of the surgery and I am so pleased with the results. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.
I have the BRCA gene, so there were some decisions to make along the way, but Mr Turton helped me understand things clearly. If you are in doubt about whether to have the surgery I would contact him and his team for advice.
