From the very beginning of my first meeting with Mr Turton I knew I had made the correct decision about which surgeon I wanted to help me. He was so friendly and put me at ease immediately. He was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions before I even knew I had them most of the time! All of the people he works with were so accommodating as I don’t live locally so had to make a bit of a trip for every appointment and they were all so helpful in helping me arrange these around my work schedule. Not once through the whole experience, be that appointments leading up to the surgery, the day of or any of the follow up appointments felt nervous or uncomfortable about anything and I felt I was given all of the information to really understand what was going to happen and why. Mr Turton truly understood what I was looking for in seeing him and I could not have been any more pleased with the results. He came highly recommended to me and there really is no wonder why and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.
