My GP basically told me to learn to live with my base of thumb arthritis. Sent me away with painkillers.
I felt despondent until I did finally manage to get a referral to Mr Sauve. I feel utterly blessed to have been treated by him. He offered me a Cartiva implant in my thumb, and explained the treatment in detail and the likely recovery process. He was patient, kind, professional and all this was matched by a fantastic sense of humour where appropriate. Two years on, I have zero pain, fantastic grip strength back in my hand, and he has transformed my life.
I can’t recommend him highly enough. If you’re lucky enough to be referred to Mr Sauve, put your faith in him, he won’t let you down!
