I was spoken to AND more importantly listened to by Mr. Tsafrakidis regarding my request for an appointment with him following my short time in hospital last year. We discussed all the points of view and the options available to me. One of the matters we discussed was a blood test...of which I received a call the very next day to arrange. This in itself helps make you feel that wee bit more important in amongst the many hundreds if not thousands of patients Mr. Tsafrakidis will be looking after their health interests.
A minor comment would be the letter I received re. the appointment did not make any reference to bringing a urine sample of arriving with a full bladder - perhaps a slight tightening up on that may help improve the overall service.
