After a year of using a catheter, without any proper explanation of why it was necessary, even from a consultant at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline. I was eventually seen as an outpatient at Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy by Mr. Tsafrakidis.He fully explained the situation to me with advice on what treatment was available and an approximate timetable of when it might be carried out. He took time to explain the procedures to me and answered my questions in a way I could understand.This was in total contrast to my previous experience at Qun Mgt hosp.
