On my visits to see Mr Tsafrakidis over the past two years, he has shown a command of his speciality and the courses of action he has prescribed have benefited me to the extent that I now require no further treatment. He listens carefully, asks all the right questions and then acts decisively. His preference is to avoid invasive procedures wherever possible and I'm grateful for that.
