I first met mr tsafrakidis a little over a year ago, my initial impression was that he was very easy to talk too,communication skills were excellent, he explained every detail of what he was going to do previous to the operation, which was successful, and the follow up was first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in this situation.
