Dr Tsafrakidis was piloting a new procedure in Fife called Urolift which is a prostate treatment. He listened very attentively to my symptoms, spending time to clarify and probe further at certain points. After agreeing that I was a suitable candidate for the procedure he carefully and in very clear language explained what was involved including the possible downsides. On the day of the procedure he went through it again step by step so I knew fully what to expect. During the actual procedure he was very good at talking me through what was about to happen at each stage and he had my complete trust. The operation was successful and my quality of life has been enhanced as a result. Post operation, the follow up procedure was very thorough and provided me with great reassurance. He has excellent inter personal skills which were evident throughout my dealings with him.
