I was spoken to in a manner that was easy for me to understand, any fears I had regarding my condition was calmly explained;
I was given some immediate treatments rather than just put on a waiting list and feel that I am being listened to and there is something that can be done to resolve my condition;
I am extremely happy with the visit and the treatment that has been given to me and am relieved my condition and treatment is being handled by Mr Tsafrakidis;
