Communication was particularly good throughout the process - from initial consultation to follow-up. He even went as far as to personally phone my mum once I'd come out of theatre and persevere when at first she failed to pick up!
At all times I felt in safe and knowledgeable hands and am very pleased with the physical results - clearly the results of a skilled surgeon. I simply could not have had a better experience, thank you.
