Prompt appointment & seen on time. Procedure (rubber band ligation) explained and carried out efficiently. Given details of web based “What to expect” notes. Helpful advice but my return to normal took 10-14 days not 48 hours. Was I unlucky or are the notes optimistic? Impressed with the “one stop shop” approach and much cheaper than many other clinics.
