From the moment I first entered the hospital I received exceptional service. The staff were always very polite and helpful. I was explained fully the procedure I was going to have, both by Mr Leong and the nurse that performed my pre op tests/checks prior to the admittance day. I was made to feel very confident about what was going to be done. I was given ample time to ask any questions. On the day of the operation I was processed very quickly and didn't have any delay in being taken to theatre. After surgery I was monitored very often. I couldn't have been looked after better, the staff were all very attentive and very kind. My follow up appointments were excellent. I wish more consultants were as pleasant and took their time to both listen to you and explain everything in detail. It was a pleasure to be in Mr. Leongs capable hands.
