The whole team were very friendly and put me completely at ease. Inexplicably I had a ‘fit of the giggles’ throughout the procedure. I think the whole team joined in which exacerbated the fit until I was crying with laughter. Mr Drake was the consummate professional and carried on despite my laughter shakes. My only reservation was that I wouldn’t recognise most of the team in the street (and be able to thank them) as they were all masked up. My wounds are healing very nicely. Thank you very much.
