Excellent unit, friendly, helpful and approachable staff who run dept.
Mr Drake is excellent, he has always given a thoughtful considered approach to the surgical approach needed. He explains the rationale of treatment in a calm clear way and allows time for questions and discussion.
During the surgery Mr Drake gives a reassuring explanatory commentary which is very supportive.
Mr Drake is a skilled and professional surgeon who instills confidence.
