Mr Sains listened. He took my concerns seriously even though they were not life threatening (piles and skin flaps). It was not embarrassing to talk to him.
He was gentle and respectful throughout all examinations.
The operation was well explained to me before and after.
What a difference this has made to my life! Thank you for taking my needs seriously.
