Mr Jethwa carried out a laparoscopic procedure on me in early August 2014. During pre-operative consultations, Mr Jetwa provided clear explanations of the surgical procedure, answered all of my questions fully and took care to put me at my ease. He was equally attentive when we met at hospital on the day of the operation, and again in the post-operative period, visiting me as I recovered at hospital and responding promptly by email to my queries once I had returned home. The operation was a success.
I found Mr Jethwa to be professional, personable and reassuring. I would not hesitate in recommending Mr Jethwa.
