After six weeks of constant hip pain I was referred to ParagJaiswal at St Thomas's Hospital in London. Hospital appointments are never easy, I was therefore relieved at the easy going nature of Mr Jaiswal during the consultation. He completely understood my problem, noted my very bad limp and carefully explained that surgery was the only answer to my problem. He also explained in great detail the pro,s and con,s of hip surgery. A complete hip replacement was performed shortly afterward at Guys Hospital and my recovery within the six week follow up has been quite remarkable. At the six week follow up appointment he appeared to be as delighted with my progress as I was. My experience throughout the whole proceedure was one of complete confidence and I am most grateful to Mr Jaiswal and all the staff at Guy's Orthopaedic unit.
