Paolo is an amazing surgeon. I was terrified of how the operation that I was due to have would affect my face as it was the removal of a BCC from inside my nostril. As it was in the full centre of my face I did put my faith completely in him and need not have worried at all. I admit that it was not the best operation and by the end of the 5th/6th day the pain was pretty bad. The outcome however ,because I did exactly what I was told is amazing. I have been told by close friends that it is basically invisible especially for anyone who is unaware of the operation.
Put your faith in this man he truly is outstanding in his field .
