I can’t think of any improvement that doctor okongwu could do. He never makes you feel rushed and listens to everything you have to say. Also explains everything to you on any concerns you may have to make sure you understand if you are not sure what something means. You never feel stupid with him as I have been made to feel that way in the past with some doctors and always puts you at ease which I feel is very important when you have mental health problems & anxiety as when I have to see a new doctor I get all shaky, feel sick and feel like running away and the first consultation with doctor okongwu he did his very best to put me at ease and make me feel like I could tell him things that were bothering me without feeling stupid about them.
