This doctor appeared to be very rushed, didn’t make you feel comfortable with disclosing information. Trying to rush your sentences. When reaching with concerns for one’s self, the concerns weren’t understood.

This Dr was put in charge of my sons care. Despite extensive medical notes outlining complex medical conditions both physical and mental health Dr Osito ignored them precrescribing a medication that caused a huge amount of damage and requiring hospital treatment. If a Dr is unfamiliar with a medical condition they should ask questions rather than endanger the person's life. This Dr in my opinion is not safe to practice. They do not have an adequate medical knowledge, they fail to take note of coexisting conditions and have an equalities understanding that was unacceptable in the 1950s let alone now, to add I sult to injury they are condescending questioning diagnoses of genetic conditions even suggesting you might grow out of them. A basic check of my sons existing medication would have shown a red flag against what Dr Osito prescribed, this alone tells me not even the basic safety measures were followed. There is no way they should still have a license to practice and I would advise anyone to avoid being treated by them.

This was my first session of one hour. I feel that it is too early to comment. I liked Dr Okongwu and think that I will be able to talk to him.

He is an amazing man. I say that because he understands and listens to the problems I’ve had. People like him are few and far between. I leave every session with a positive feeling and I sometimes wish our sessions were longer because I feel so at ease with him, he has an aura that is so positive and that helps me massively.

Dr Ostia was excellent in dealing with my concerns about my existing medication. I am very happy about my new medication plan going forward. I think that during this phone call appointment, the doctor really listened to my needs and my experience of how the medication affects me. I would like to thank the doctor very much for his excellent work.
