Mr Dessouky performed an Open Septorhinoplasty with Spreader Grafts and PDS Implant on the 6th March 2019. Before the operation, I could not breathe through my left nostril as this side of my nose had completely collapsed due to previous trauma. I was also very unhappy with the appearance of my nose as the nostril was pinched and the tip was really bulbous. Mr.Dessouky really is a great surgeon and a very charming man who makes you feel totally at ease and explains everything that he plans to do during surgery. I am so happy with my nose as I can now breathe through both nostrils and it looks better than it ever did. Thank you so much Mr. Dessouky
