The first time I met Mr Aweid I felt totally at ease due to his friendly and relaxed demeanour, and came away from my appointment confident that he genuinely wanted to help me. As I had been waiting for over 2 years for a partial knee replacement he said he would do my operation as early as he possibly could, and he did so within 3 months of my first appointment with him. I had the operation at the end of November 2021 and was in and out on the same day. Mr Aweid phoned me the day before the operation to make sure I was happy with the procedure and to explain how the day case surgery would work. On the day he explained in detail what would happen, and constantly checked in with me following the operation to see how I was doing, he even phoned me at home each day for the next 3-4 days to see how I was feeling. I've had two follow up appointments with Mr Aweid since the operation and his relaxed and friendly manner have continued to make me feel at ease. I can't thank Mr Aweid enough for getting me in for the operation so quickly, and for the fantastic care he has provided me with. I would highly recommend him to anyone who was in need of orthopaedic care :-)
