On first meeting Mr Pathmanaban I felt confident I was in safe hands, he talked through the operation step by step and took the time to explain each stage of the procedure. He obviously picked up on my nervousness pre-op and came to make sure I was happy to go ahead shortly before I was due in theatre.
Everything proceeded well and recovery was as predicted,with no surprises as all the side affects had been explained and were expected.
Tho I’d rather not meet Mr Pathmanaban again in his professional capacity, His would be if needed the first door I knocked on.
