Mr Warren was honest with his opinion of my situation, informative regarding the procedure required and positive regarding the outcome.
I was treated with courtesy.
During my hospital stay Mr Warren made me feel safe when an operation is a nervous and worrying time.
His reassurance regarding recovery time was accurate and I am grateful to feel so well.
