I came with my 85 yr old father in law. He has heart failure but is also anemic. Mr Warren was very supportive and sensitive to his needs. He suggested to look at alternative treatments as he didn't feel my father in law was well enough to cope with a colonoscopy or other such procedure.
It was very reassuring to meet someone who was putting my father in law first and was so considerate of his needs. We both wished we could see Mr Warren for all our appointments
