The whole process, from the examination which evidenced the need for the procedure, to the procedure itself and then the follow-up, was very well done and with detailed explanation at every stage. I was not too keen to have this done but Mr Warren gave me great confidence, and the ancillary back-up at One Welbeck by all the support staff was 2nd to none - with the actual facilities at One Welbeck being clean, modern and reassuring too. Overall, I would highly recommend this hospital and this doctor
