As a Canadian expat living in London for a few years, I was concerned about a needed surgery. From my initial appointment, I realized I was with a highly experienced, excellent surgeon. An important factor is that this doctor is both intuitive and understanding of patient anxieties . His charming , cheerful personality is reassuring and allows for a comfortable dialogue when necessary. He is informative and accomplished , absolutely stellar. You are fortunate to receive a referral to Mr. Warren .
Gemma , his admin assistant was extremely helpful and informative in ensuring a positive experience and good outcome to the administrative aspect of this surgical process. I am very happy with the medical treatment I received and consider myself very fortunate to have been in their care .
