I found Dr Warren to be very polite and friendly and not at all intimidating, which is how some doctors can sometimes come across.
He was very thorough and clearly explained the issues concerning my mum (the patient) and what needs to be done next and why.
He was approachable and answered all my questions.
I can't fault him on the care we received.
