To be honest I was very nervous when I met this doctor but he very soon put me at rest with his gentle manner and easy talk. He did many tests on my hands and found that not only did I have Osteo-Arthritis but Carpel Tunnel. I was given all the information about what he could do for me and he explained in great detail the process that would be needed given that I also suffered from COPD.
He has already undertaken the Carpel Tunnel operations with just a local anaesthetic and I am progressing well with more use of my hands.
I am due to see him again in March 2022 where he will see how I am progressing and decide if I do still need the final operations in both hands for the removal of the Trapezium bones.
I have no hesitation in recommending this doctor for the way he has looked after me not only before the first operation but during the two already and potentially the final two.
