Mr Bowes performed 2 cataract operations on my father who is in his 80's. My father, who is hard of hearing was nervous about the process. Mr Bowes took time to explain all aspects and options slowly and clearly which was a great help to not only my father but myself who he allowed to accompany my father.
Since the operations my father has found a remarkable change in his quality of life which is all down to Mr Bowes.
