Prior to my pre-op, Mr De'Liguori Carino was informative about the operation in such a way that I had complete confidence in his knowledge, experience and ability.
He advised me of possible risks in a way that did not diminish that confidence.
Similarly, on the day of the operation, his "bedside manner" negated any concerns I may have had.
The only change I would have preferred was diminution of the waiting time between my arrival at the hospital at 0700hrs and going into theatre at around 12.00 noon. If this was not possible, I would have appreciated advance notice. This, however, was a minor issue in the great scale of things.
